Lately I have been frequently having this headache.

It's not one of those typical cold headaches.
This one hurts, and the more active i get, the worse it gets. It's like a pounding headache by the heartbeat that last 3 days and then back after 3 days.
Sometimes I feel like it's affecting my neck as well. And today, it got so bad that I wanted to throw up....
I tried a couple things to try and minimized the pain... but no use... all I can do is sleep it through...

Just a month I have decided to take care of my teeth... sorta
Brushing day and night, flossing, and washing.
And finally decides to go to the dentist for a check-up.

Usually people go to the dentist every half a year.
I just realized I haven't been for half of my life....

Depending what kinda resualt you expect, I find it acceptable for someone who has never been to the dentist.
So I was told I have a few cavities, one crocked tooth and 2 wisdom teeth that need pulling.
I might need braces after...

My fitness progress is going pretty good.
I can see a small result on my arms area.... but my waist needs MORE work

So it was father's day yesterday... what difference did that make? none...
I just hope my bro will grow up...
